childWhen you consider all that your immune system is responsible for, it's more important than ever to give it the tools it needs to do its job right. The immune system is your body's first line of defense against foreign invaders, but you don't need to arm it with swords or guns. Here are few things you can do to insure that you have the best shot at staying healthy:
  • SLEEP: We need to rest our body in a leisurely manner for at least six to eight hours daily. Sleep is a great way to increase the strength and functionality of our immune system.

  • HYDRATE: Drink plenty of water. By drinking six to eight glasses of water daily we flush out toxins from our bodies. For an extra nutritional boost, add REHYDRATION and SPECTRAMIN to your water. Cut down on, or try to avoid as much as possible, coffee, tea and carbonated drinks.
  • NUTRITION: Increase your intake of organic fresh fruits and vegetables and multi-grain meals in your daily diet and cut down on frozen, processed and fatty food.
  • WASH HANDS: Practice good hygiene by washing your hands before meals. When we wash our hands, we also get rid of germs that might infect us with illnesses.

A strong immune system is especially important when the body is detoxifying.
