 Steam Inhalation Method for Allergies, Colds and Flu
Mix 3 drops of essential oil(s) and 1 teaspoon of salt together in an empty bowl.
- Fill bowl with hot water
- Cover head with a towel and close your eyes
- Inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes
- Help to remove the excess mucus by performing gentle strokes from the nose to the ears and from the center of the forehead to the ears
Suggestions for oils: Respiro Allergy Calm essential oil; Respiro Immune Support essential oil.

Here's an easy snack to prepare for the entire family. Great for dessert or after school snack!
 Warm Stewed Fruit
This recipe title says it all-a warm, tasty comfort food. It's especially good for those who do not handle raw fruit well and prefer softer textures.
- 6 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
- ¼ cup apple juice or white grape juice
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free mixed berry jam (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until apples are soft.
Variation: Use apples and pears or apples and cranberries. Can also be made with 6 cups of fresh organic strawberries instead of apples-just omit the cinnamon, ginger and water.
