With my daughter Hannah [age 9], in 8 sessions I have noticed an extreme increase in her joy. Her attention span has also increased. This is our first experience with NIT, and we have been pleased. We didn’t really notice a noticeable difference in Hannah until after the 5th session. But the difference was a big one—her anger transformed into happiness. She also made a new friend and has kept this new friend, without her losing interest. Her ability to sit still has increased. It has been very helpful for Hannah’s ADHD. The very next day at school, after receiving only one round of supplements, his teacher pulled me aside to show me the level of concentration he was showing. Matthew was able to complete 2 standardized tests today!! Last year he was in a world of anxiety and restlessness, and torment. Charlie was constantly angry and now is so calm and processing information. He is so proud that he has been getting "Good's" on all his behavior reports. Sam is improving in his schoolwork and therapy also. We are working on having perspective when misbehaving.

The minute I walked into Quintessential Health Care I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was sincerely concerned about my health and listened to what I had to say. I felt like for the first time since I had been sick that I had hope that things would not be as bleak as the picture painted by the Mayo Clinic. I truly felt safe the first time I walked into Quintessential Health Care and I continue to feel that way today.
Three years ago I would never have believed that I would still be teaching school today, yet I am. Through the protocol that Milly has suggested for me over 3 years I am able to live a normal life. I can't remember the last time I had a bad cold or the flu - while everyone around me has. When I first started seeing Milly 3 years ago I told no one for 6 weeks. During that 6 weeks time several people commented how much better I looked and seemed to feel. It was then that I told my daughters what I was doing. Several family members and friends have now gone to Milly and all are impressed and come away feeling like they are doing something positive. I know it!

In 2003, I had a son who suffered from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) for nearly a year. At that time I was wondering if he would ever lead a normal life, if he would ever be able to live on his own, or if he would even be able to ever experience a normal daily routine. The fun, loving, and caring child I knew was no longer there. Life was very hard not just for him but for all those who knew him. During this time, he had taken two different anti-depressant drugs which both gave him side effects. We were also seeing a psycho-therapist who was to help him deal with his issues. I was being encouraged to have the doctor up his dosage of medicine which I was totally against. The medicine was helping subside his outward problems, but his mind was still muddled and there was no hope given for eliminating the OCD.
Milly had given a presentation at a seminar that I had attended a year prior to his first visit. Hearing her presentation I thought she may be an avenue I could try, but I was hesitant.
It was a year before I made Daniel’s first appointment. Milly had even called me after making the appointment to answer any questions I may have had before coming in for the visit. The staff has always been so informative, caring, and understanding. Milly explained the procedure, problems she found, and how the remedies could help. She was so very encouraging to Daniel. Milly did more for him with her talk with him during that first visit than the psycho-therapist we were seeing at that time.
Within 4 days of our first visit and taking remedies, I could see a change in Daniel. He was becoming more of the child I knew. Another 3 weeks, he had lost many of his OCD symptoms. Three months later you would have never known he suffered from OCD. Now in 2008 he is the child I knew in the beginning plus more. He has an exciting future ahead of him and is a “recruiter” for 'Milly clients who are seeking to truly get well. At this point he is thinking about a career in Naturopathy because it has changed his life.
QHC has not only changed his life, but it has changed our whole family. Daniel is totally healthy. His recovery has prompted his immediate family to seek the new alternative for good health. QHC has been a great blessing and we truly want others to experience the kindness, caring, and results that we have experienced.

When I first came in 6 months ago I had 2 smaller spots of Allopecia and one very large one. As of today my 2 smaller spots have filled in and my larger spot is half filled in. Not only has my Allopecia gotten better but I have also noticed my whole body is functioning better from the initial detox I did. I had started getting headaches and cramps during my monthly cycle and just attributed it to me getting older and my body changing. Now that my body is detoxed my headaches and cramping have gone away. So, this was an added result (which I didn't even know was a problem until it was gone). I have never been a sick person and I feel like I am back to my normal self.

Thank you very much for the timely intervention you have provided for my son. As you know, he is a 4 year old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Last year, when he was 3 years old, he was given a diagnosis of Pervasive Developmental Disorder- NOS. One month after his diagnosis he saw you. Speech delay and Sensory Integration Dysfunction were obvious issues for him. He was in therapy to address these concerns. After your assessment, you recommended supplements to address these issues. We began to see progress immediately! There was significant improvement in his verbal and cognitive skills! As his verbal skills increased, so did his confidence.
Milly, your testing showed my son had high levels of toxins such as yeast and heavy metals in his body. Blood, stool and urine tests, taken shortly afterwards, showed he had high levels of yeast and heavy metals. Furthermore, your test also revealed excess exposure to pesticides and food sensitivities. We had our home exterminated a few months prior to visiting you. It is well documented that children on the Autism Spectrum have more food sensitivities than kids who do not have an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Last summer, our son was treated twice, in one month, with penicillin injections for Streptococcus Pharyngitis. After the second injection he remained ill. Milly, the protocol you recommended helped him-quickly!!! He has not had a bacterial infection since that time!
Milly, I always know when I bring my son to you that his needs will be addressed. The protocol will be safe and effective. As you know, my son enjoys you and the assessment process. He thinks it is a game! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Milly was highly recommended to us, even though we live in Portland, Oregon. We searched our city of Portland and we found, because my son was not up to sitting for an interview for ½ hour, we were not welcome to enter into the type of treatment I, as a mom, was looking for. My son, Kenton has autism and is high functioning; however, as the years have gone by we were never able to find the right person to work with Kenton until I heard Milly’s voice and then I knew she would be the one. Her soft, comforting voice was music to my ears. I will never forget her comment in that first conversation. My question was, “Milly, you were recommended to me. Would you consider working with Kenton?” She said, “I would be delighted.” For 2 years I would hear that wonderful voice of Milly’s guiding us via long distance on the phone what to do next. Prior to working with Janna [Integrative Massage Therapist] I had never heard of craniosacral therapy, but I has having such severe headaches that I decided to give it a try. Not only did my headaches disappear, Janna has changed my entire posture and is correcting problems that I’ve had for many years. I’m walking tall and proud, and pain free. This is a subtle but very powerful therapy that has made a big change in my life.
My doctor prescribed lymphatic drainage therapy for my left foot. Since I was 16 (I’m now 52) it inexplicably has swelled so large that I can’t fit into shoes, and often couldn’t even bend or turn my ankle. Before my sessions with Christina (lymphatic therapist), no one could offer an explanation for why my lymph system was clogged, or how to fix it. Christina took one look at me and said not only could we fix my foot but that she would help give me more energy and look better, too. Well, seeing was believing, and I am thrilled to report my foot is smaller, I have much more feeling in it and don’t fall and stumble on it like I used to. This technology is a gift to me and, finally, after 30 years, a release from a misery no one could cure.

My son had lots of ear infections and respiratory infections and was prescribed lots of antibiotics. We started noticing developmental delays. It’s very hard and frustrating to see your child sick all the time. He wasn’t talking when we first came to see Milly.
Milly was very patient with my 2 yr. old. She was very encouraging that we could get his body back on track and be able to see improvement in a few months. With the help of Milly, we have gotten rid of almost all inflammation. We have helped detox his body. Brighton is hardly ever sick, his body is able to fight off viruses and infections quickly and without antibiotics! He has started talking as of May 2007 and it is amazing how fast he is progressing. We are moving ahead instead of falling behind.
